Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote IT Support Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Focus on removing technical barriers to productivity and finding creative solutions to new challenges
  • Provide top-notch support and troubleshooting while also designing and implementing solutions to meet existing needs, as well as anticipating future requirements and addressing them proactively
  • Fulfill employee access requests and implement account management best practices

Required Skills:

  • Experience in a technical/customer support role in a macOS environment
  • Experience with Google G Suite, Jamf Pro, SLACK, Amazon Web Services, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, and other applicable cloud services
  • Demonstrated passion for providing an amazing support experience and a quick solution
  • Proven problem-solver that is not intimidated by uncertainty
  • Thorough understanding of macOS and familiarity with common troubleshooting and maintenance techniques
  • Some experience programming in a scripting language such as bash, JavaScript, or Python
