Job Summary
A leader in IT systems and security management is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Support Operations Manager.
Must be able to:
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training of Americas based Support individuals
- Lead KCS coaching program driving adoption
- Promote increased participation in the Community forums and drives higher ratio of answered threads
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s in business or computer related and/or 5+ years in tech support / knowledge / community management
- 5+ years’ experience working for a multinational software vendor
- Experience of working in a customer facing environment with strategic customers
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com particularly in the areas of Service Cloud and Communities
- Good working experience with knowledge management and forum platforms
- Experience in designing data structures, building reports, and developing dashboards
