Job Summary

A leading home renovation and design platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide high levels of customer service being the face of IT
• Respond to and administer helpdesk ticket system
• Maintain accurate inventory and reporting of all hardware and software assets

Required Skills:

• 3 + years of experience in a helpdesk role supporting local users, or relevant experience
• Strong experience in remote troubleshooting of Apple Hardware and Software to include Mac OS 10.15-12.0
• Self-Motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast paced, ever changing, and ambiguous environment
• Outstanding customer service, and communication skills
• Demonstrate an ability to complete multiple tasks and projects in a timely manner
• Experience with printer support and maintenance
