Job Summary
A travel services company is seeking a Remote IT Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle IT incidents and requests to provide responses and resolutions within agreed SLAs
- Coordinate and deliver IT onboarding and offboarding activities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associates degree required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Broad IT background with strong experience and emphasis supporting a Microsoft environment
- Good communication and IT customer support skills
