Job Summary

A staffing firm has a current position open for a Remote IT Support Specialist II in Jacksonville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Running both 0365 and Exchange on premise
  • Troubleshooting for per diem users who are on a BYOD program
  • Researching and resolving issues

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • One day a week on-site for imaging/shipping new machines and performing day one set up
  • Experience with SNOW for ticketing or another formal ticketing system
  • Strong Command Line / PowerShell skills
  • Experience troubleshooting both OCCM assets and end-users home network
  • Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship
