Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Support Specialist in Philadelphia.

Must be able to:

  • Diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents
  • Plan and analyze work processes, research and report trends and patterns of problems
  • Develop training materials and perform computing/information system training sessions

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum requirement to be on the installation one day a week
  • Six (6) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing
  • Three (3) of which are specialized in Information Processing and involve a range of hardware/software solutions
  • Two (2) of which are concentrated, hands-on experience in installing, diagnosing problems
  • Secret Clearance – IT Sensitivity I
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
