Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise IT Tech to provide remote IT support for staff and executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote IT support and deliver effective solutions for staff and executives
  • Monitor and resolve IT support requests through the internal ticketing system
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with Office 365, endpoint management, and application access
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a support technician role with remote support responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Office 365 administration
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and applications, as well as Apple iOS and Android
  • Experience providing IT support in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
