Job Summary
A religious non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote IT Support Technician.
Must be able to:
- Effectively troubleshoot equipment problems and install new equipment
- Answer questions through corporate ticketing system, email, and phone calls
- Diagnose and resolve problems and malfunctions utilizing test programs and equipment
Skills and Requirements Include:
- At least two (2) years of experience in computer support, maintenance, and/or configuration
- Bachelor's level degree in Computer Science or related field of study from an accredited college
- Demonstrated ability to do inductive and deductive reasoning to identify and resolve an issue
- Proficient in Office 365 applications, Windows O/S, and general hardware issues
- Demonstrated ability to work in an organized, detailed, and cooperative manner
- Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends, as needed
