Job Summary
An internet consumer services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Support Technician in San Francisco.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring and responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
- Troubleshooting and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software
- Escalating requests to the appropriate party, as needed
Position Requirements Include:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a field such as Computer Technology or related field
- Certifications such as A+, or similar Experience with MacOS troubleshooting
- Minimum of one (1) year prior experience with providing technical IT support
- Sound communication skills necessary to effectively interface with all levels of management
