Job Summary
A collaboration platform company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT System Administrator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Investigating and diagnosing problems quickly and efficiently
- Creating and updating Knowledge base articles and self-service documentation
- Conducting account life cycle management from news hires to account/application deactivations
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 to 10 years of experience working with productivity and collaboration toolsets
- Solid understanding of SAAS Applications, GSuite, Okta, Slack, Jamf, Intune, Mac OS, and Windows OS
- Experience using ITSM tools for ticket tracking Jira, ServiceNow, etc
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Ability to perform in-depth research and troubleshooting for complex technical issues
