Job Summary

A petroleum industry company is filling a position for a Remote IT System Support Analyst I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
  • Responding to customer issues via phone, email, and computer chat
  • Providing customer assistance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and associated applications
  • 3+ years of experience working in a help desk environment
  • Proficiency with Win 10 OS
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented to keep detailed notes on tickets
  • Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order
