Job Summary
A petroleum industry company is filling a position for a Remote IT System Support Analyst I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
- Responding to customer issues via phone, email, and computer chat
- Providing customer assistance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and associated applications
- 3+ years of experience working in a help desk environment
- Proficiency with Win 10 OS
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Detail oriented to keep detailed notes on tickets
- Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order
