Job Summary

A benefits management company has a current position open for a Remote IT System Support Technician.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing client eligibility data calls, file mapping and testing
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding product functionality or system issues
  • Managing setups for new system users and assign the proper security roles

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1-2 years Insurance Industry experience
  • Experience supporting a large scale computer application
  • 1-2 years' experience doing data entry
  • Must have proven experience with Data quality control
  • Must have broad knowledge of the Insurance claims administration
  • Proven ability in problem solving and troubleshooting
