Job Summary

A collaborative prototyping tool is in need of a Remote IT Systems Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Responding to assigned helpdesk tickets and providing solutions for reported customer problems
  • Triaging and resolving all level one support requests and advancing higher-level requests appropriately
  • Identifying and resolving hardware and software problems

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 2-3 years HelpDesk Technician experience, with strong experience ticket process, workflow and queue management
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong Mac OSX Skills
  • Experience with the following technologies: Google Apps, MS Office for Mac and PCs, Zendesk ticketing system, Bettercloud, JAMF, Okta
  • Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude
