Job Summary
A collaborative prototyping tool is in need of a Remote IT Systems Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Responding to assigned helpdesk tickets and providing solutions for reported customer problems
- Triaging and resolving all level one support requests and advancing higher-level requests appropriately
- Identifying and resolving hardware and software problems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2-3 years HelpDesk Technician experience, with strong experience ticket process, workflow and queue management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong Mac OSX Skills
- Experience with the following technologies: Google Apps, MS Office for Mac and PCs, Zendesk ticketing system, Bettercloud, JAMF, Okta
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
