Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote IT Systems Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Actively monitoring and responding to technical hardware and software problems
- Interfacing with vendor support service groups or other external support teams
- Producing and maintaining documentation such as systems requirements
Position Requirements Include:
- A Bachelor’s and training/experience in IT technology; OR an Associate plus 3 years of technical experience
- Experience working in healthcare technology
- MCSE, CCNA, or other IT related certifications
- Advanced knowledge of multiple operating systems
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills using English
- Experience in system hardware design, ordering, configuration, testing and implementation of large projects
