Job Summary
A not-for-profit medical group practice is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Systems Engineer.
Must be able to:
- Manage the maintenance and support of moderately complex systems
- Actively monitor and respond to technical hardware and software problems
- Ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded system performance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working in healthcare technology
- MCSE, CCNA, or other IT related certifications
- Knowledge of system design principles and software development methodologies
- Some computer programming and/or system support experience
- Advanced knowledge of multiple operating systems
- Experience in system hardware design, ordering, configuration, and testing
