Job Summary

A health insurance company. needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Systems Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Automating routine tasks and build sustainable and scalable solutions
  • Documenting processes, procedures, run books, and troubleshoot issues as new solutions are deployed
  • Maintaining and continuously enhance our Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Jamf and Intune

Position Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years as an IT Systems Engineer/Systems Administrator
  • Experience with configuring and administering IAM SSO systems like Okta and IdentityNow
  • Have familiarity in scripting and automation using python and bash
  • Experience with administering macOS and Windows endpoints in an enterprise environment
  • Have knowledge of networking concepts, infrastructure topology & architecture, scalability and system engineering
  • Have significant hands-on experience working with SaaS offerings and their API endpoints
