Job Summary
An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Systems Monitoring Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing status reports to IT Systems Monitoring Consultant
- Troubleshooting and proactively identifying monitoring solutions
- Implementing and configuring infrastructure and application monitoring tools
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2 years of ITIL or ITSM related framework or discipline experience
- Experience configuring monitoring tools to meet customer/business needs
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following submission of Department of Defense eQuip Form SF86
- 3+ years of experience understanding of infrastructure and application monitoring tools
- 3+ years of experience in infrastructure, or desktop technology or helpdesk or systems support experience
