Job Summary
An information technology solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IT Systems Support Technician.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Work with engineering team and customer to develop site requirements for proposed system designs
- Configure, deploy, and connect specified systems at customer sites
- Perform field engineering activities in accordance with project or exercise plans
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel: Yes, 25 % of the Time
- High School and five (5) years or more related experience
- 5 years of experience combined of systems engineering and fielding experience
- One or more active certifications in the following: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+
- One or more active certifications in the following: Cisco Certified Network Associate, VMware Certified Technical Associate
- Reliable and responsive
