A business process outsourcing company is filling a position for a Remote IT Talent Sourcing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing creative sourcing strategies and campaigns to target the ideal candidate profile
• Developing robust candidate pipelines for ongoing and future IT openings
• Providing regular updates on recruitment status, market trends, and the market landscape

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A proven track record of sourcing and engaging talent including diverse talent pools
• Ability to provide consultation to internal Talent Acquisition and the Business
• Experience with iCIMS Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus but not required
