Job Summary

An integrated not-for-profit medical group practice is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote IT Tech Specialist 1 in Rochester.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Design, develop, and hand off software project deliverables
  • Design and develop user interfaces, back-end web services, and database software
  • Collaborate with team to understand issues/problems and provide sound technical solutions

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or similar field
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly
  • Strong experience with functional programming
  • Strong experience developing server-side RESTful web services
  • Strong experience in front-end development including HTML5, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, and TypeScript
  • Strong experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or Cosmos DB
