Job Summary

An IT professional services provider is filling a position for a Remote IT Tier 3 Service Center Technician in Oklahoma City.

Must be able to:

  • Analyze network and computer communications hardware characteristics and make recommendations
  • Add, delete, and modify, as required, host, terminal, and network devices
  • Assist and coordinate with communications network specialists in communication software

Qualifications Include:

  • Onsite support will be required as requested by customer
  • Bachelors Degree in a Computer Science or related technical discipline
  • 3+ years directly related experience providing Tier 3 support to end users
  • Required Certification: CCNA, HDI
  • Other Certification: CompTIA A+, CCNP, MCSE
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
