A company is looking for a 100% Remote IT Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and impactful presentations to diverse audiences
Maintain subject matter expertise and stay current with industry trends
Collect and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery

Required Qualifications:

Familiarity with training technologies, including virtual platforms and e-learning tools
Ability to adapt teaching methods based on diverse audience needs and learning styles
Capacity to build rapport with participants and create a positive learning environment
Experience in creating and maintaining course content in Canvas, WorkDay, or Blackboard LMS
ATD Certification is preferred
