Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote IT Training Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Advising business partners in determining appropriate instructional goals and objectives
• Selecting and/or developing appropriate instructional strategies using blended solutions
• Developing tools to review materials and learner performance, and proactively recommend improvements

Qualifications for this position include:

• 3 to 5 years of work-related experience
• Bachelor US degree or equivalent
• Excellent communication and demonstrated project management skills
• Background in technical and soft skills program development and delivery required
• Strong needs analysis and customer management skills
• Knowledge of online and synchronous learning tools
