An information technology company has an open position for a Remote IT Training Specialist.

- Advising business partners in determining appropriate instructional goals and objectives
- Selecting and/or developing appropriate instructional strategies using blended solutions
- Developing tools to review materials and learner performance, and proactively recommend improvements
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 to 5 years of work-related experience
- Bachelor US degree or equivalent
- Excellent communication and demonstrated project management skills
- Background in technical and soft skills program development and delivery required
- Strong needs analysis and customer management skills
- Knowledge of online and synchronous learning tools
