Job Summary
A provider of sustainable water technologies is seeking a Remote IT Vendor Relationship Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Utilizing risk management practices to mitigate contractual risk
- Ensuring that vendors are either meeting or exceeding their contractual obligations
- Assisting with the adherence to VRM Director identified objectives
Position Requirements Include:
- Will require travel to project sites
- Degree in Business Administration, Supplier Management, or related field
- 5-7 years’ in IT Vendor Management, Supplier Relationship, IT Operations and/or Strategic Sourcing
- 2+ years’ experience managing IT projects in a complex environment
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, demonstrating strong collaboration and partnering skills
- Comfortable with participating and possibly leading complex negotiations
