Job Summary

A governmental IT services provider has an open position for a Remote IT Workforce Optimization Specialist in Falls Church.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead workload planning and assignments ensuring all service center agents are correctly and adequately assigned work
  • Review and analyze support queues workloads to ensure coverage and workload productivity
  • Lead and coordinate peak volume workforce optimization adjustments

Required Skills:

  • Onsite support will be required as requested by customer
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • 5 – 8 years directly related experience providing workforce management support
  • Required Certification: HDI
  • Other Certification: CompTIA A+, CCNP
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
