Remote ITIL ServiceNow Instructor

Job Summary

A non-profit organization is filling a position for a Remote ITIL ServiceNow Instructor.

Must be able to:

• Deliver training preparing students for entry-level to mid-level careers in Information Technology
• Work in collaboration with the Director of Curriculum to identify and continually evaluate and evolve the training
• Provide students with access to relevant sources for outside learning on technologies and study aids relevant to the curriculum

Qualifications Include:

• Deep knowledge of Agile principles and practices and the ability to transfer that understanding at all levels of the organization
• Hands-on project management experience with specific expertise in Scrum and in Agile methodologies such as Lean, Kanban
• Demonstrated experience with analysis, planning and implementing ITIL Framework v3 and v4 best practices and process initiatives for an organization
• Demonstrated experience in supporting the successful transition of IT service delivery to an ITIL/ITSM framework for an organization
