A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote ITIL ServiceNow Project Management Senior Associate in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist project team and support team
- Adopt IT Service management best practices
- Apply structured change management approaches, methodologies and tools
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Remote pending lifting of COVID restrictions
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- ITIL Change management experience in service-now or other ITSM tool
- Familiar with SAP project management process and Run/Operation support
- Efficient and good communication and coordination skill
