Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote ITSM Business Process and Deployment Manager.
Must be able to:
- Represent the program’s Service Management Office (SMO) as a senior consultant
- Manage the implementation effort of technical staff
- Support advanced analysis requests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BA/BS degree with 2 years of experience, or 6 years' equivalent work experience
- Ability to lead/assist with formulation and definition of solution scope
- ITIL V3 2011 Intermediate Service Transition or Release, Control and Validation Certification
- ITIL V3 2011 Foundation Certification
- Knowledge of government operations
