A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote ITSM Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing Design and Architecture expertise
  • Deploying and configuring Cherwell to meet client specifications
  • Creating reports as needed for management and compliance

Qualifications Include:

  • Remote with travel
  • Experience and in depth understanding of ITIL
  • 5+ years technical experience with ITSM tools
  • 2-3 years of technical experience with Cherwell
  • Completion of Cherwell Foundations course
  • Cherwell Certified Engineer
  • Database management experience
