Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote IVR Developer in Boston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing Telephony Interactive Voice Response (IVR) applications
- Working with Natural Language Processing (NLP) enabled systems
- Working to route additional users to other customer facing applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel onsite when needed
- Avaya Experience
- Knowledge of Portal Avaya Orchestration Designer
- Knowledge of Nuance Dialog Modules
- Knowledge of Java
- Knowledge of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) projects
