Job Summary
A global technology consulting firm has an open position for a Remote Japanese Customer Technical Support Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Set-up and facilitate face-to-face or conference call meetings
- Support account management experience preferably with Enterprise customers
- Provide risk assessment and mitigation planning
Position Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of NAS and/or SAN storage and surrounding infrastructure
- Knowledge of Network architectures including the roles of routers, switches and protocols
- Knowledge of Microsoft Enterprise operating systems and applications
- Knowledge of RAID and storage systems
