Job Summary

A financial services firm has an open position for a Remote Java Developer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Keep up to date with the latest developments in the software field
• Analyzes and translates business requirements in functional and non-functional system requirements
• Develops, implements, and maintains systems that conform to company's information technology

Required Skills:

• 3 years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Iterative, Agile)
• Advanced understanding of importance of coding standards and programming style
• Expert knowledge of relational databases
• Expert knowledge of business and system process flow techniques
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
