A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Java Financial Developer in Newark.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building out core financial trading systems
  • Building out applications within bi-weekly Agile sprint regiment
  • Building microservices using Spring boot framework

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 10+ years of experience in building out core financial trading systems in Core Java
  • Cloud experience (Spark/Scala/EC2/Snowflake).
  • Knowledge in building out applications within bi-weekly Agile sprint regiment
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Agile development methodology & DevOps
  • Strong knowledge of RDBMS, with a strong preference for Hadoop
  • Experience with building microservices using Spring boot framework
