Job Summary

A SaaS-based performance monitoring platform for enterprise IT is seeking a Remote Java Senior Backend Software Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Implementing, designing, architecting and quality control of business integrations
  • Troubleshooting bugs and implementing new features in existing backend applications

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • BS or above degree in computer science or related field
  • 6+ years of software development experience in commercial or enterprise applications, specifically as a Java developer on Linux platform
  • Familiar with Test frameworks (JUnit, WireMock, Selenium, etc.)
  • Deep SQL / NoSQL database knowledge (MySQL, Cassandra, ElasticSearch, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of web application architectures
  • Deep understanding of container technology (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
