Job Summary
A security technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Java Software Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Research and implement optimizations for frequently called code
- Develop and debug multi-threaded code applying Java concurrency best practices
- Build and run a fleet of containerized Java applications
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A passion for technology and personal accountability and ownership of your work
- A “self-starter” attitude, someone who is not afraid of the blank page
- Design modular and well tested Java code
- You have 2-4 years of experience working in the Java ecosystem
- Mentoring Junior developers
- Ability to work with support team to diagnose active client problems
