Job Summary

A financial technology company specializing in mortgage loan automation is seeking a Remote Java Software Engineer III.

Must be able to:

  • Develop full stack core versions of Java software applications
  • Analyze, program, debug, and modify Java software enhancements and/or new products.
  • Complete solution design and development based on understanding of business need, scope, and requirements

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related; or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience with object oriented design and programming in Java
  • Experience with modern front end frameworks such as Angular
  • Familiarity working in a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) leveraging an Agile principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge of standards relevant to the software industry (e.g., ISO, CMM, Six Sigma)
  • Ability to estimate work effort for project sub-plans or small projects
