A business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Jewelry Customer Service Representative in Orlando.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs
- Responding to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectation
- Communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels

- Able to quickly navigate through multiple systems simultaneously

- Customer service experience obtained in retail, hospitality or call center environment
