A global retailer of diamond and specialty jewelry is filling a position for a Remote Jewelry Products Senior Voice of Customer Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Understanding customer sentiment and feedback across multiple touchpoints
- Surfacing pain points and emerging trends for root cause analysis
- Conducting analysis on the direct customer feedback to identify trends
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelors degree
- 2+ years of experience
- A curiosity-mindset and ability to identify patterns in data
- 2+ years in Medallia
- 1+ years in SQL
- 2+ years’ experience in digital analytics
