Job Summary

A business solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote JIRA Engineer and Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, configuring, managing, and supporting Atlassian tools, primarily JIRA
  • Creating Jira training and support documentation
  • Serving as a Jira/Atlassian technical resource (Subject Matter Expert)

Required Skills:

  • Able to obtain Public Trust
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Experience integrating JIRA and Confluence
  • Knowledge of Jira Plugins Confluence, HTML, Jira Macros
  • Experience with researching, evaluating, installing, and managing JIRA add-ons
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, One Note, Outlook)
