Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Job Coach.

Must be able to:

• Produce training schedules, all trainee pre-employment engagement, and continued guidance during first week of of program
• Participate in assessing, supporting, and training of on-the-job trainees for the workforce development program
• Assess the individuals’ skills and developing Individualized Training Plans (ITP)

Position Requirements Include:

• 3 – 5 years’ experience
• Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & SharePoint
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong time management skills with the ability to quickly assess priorities and make adjustments, as needed
• Strong leadership experience managing/coaching various organizational levels
• Excellent customer relations skills and experience
