Job Summary
A nonprofit organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Job Placement Success Coach.
Must be able to:
- Monitor learner job search progress through regular check-ins
- Guide learners through assessments and create individualized job placement plans
- Provide career advising to learners regarding the job-search process
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional operational and organizational skills
- Able to step up and run autonomously in ambiguous, quickly changing environments
- Strong knowledge of professional skills such as resume, cover letter writing, interviewing
