We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and solid research skills. Job Research Specialists (JRS) research various assigned sources to find new remote job postings for our customers. This is a 1099 contractor position for a minimum of three (3) hours per day, Monday through Friday. We’re looking for someone who has the flexibility to work additional hours when needed, and is interested in earning other contracts within the division.
Because this contract role involves working with time-sensitive data, hours of work must be completed between 5:00AM EASTERN and 10:00AM EASTERN Monday - Friday.
Contractors invoice on a monthly on a net-30 basis and must have the ability to receive direct deposit payment to a U.S. bank.
Job Research Specialists Tasks-
Job ad research
Communicating quickly and clearly in Slack while actively working
Reviewing information in online job ads to determine if they meet defined requirements
Data entry
Copy and pasting text
Job Research Specialists Required Skills
Proven ability to work in a virtual, production-driven environment
Able to quickly read large blocks of text and accurately identify pertinent information
Logical critical-thinking skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Superb English reading and comprehension skills
Ability to proofread and edit your own work to ensure quality
Excellent web research skills
Ability to navigate a database easily
Willing to comply with company data integrity and security policies and maintain confidentiality
Must be a U.S. citizen, physically located in the Eastern or Central time zones
Must have fully functional home office setup with high-speed internet, anti-virus software installed and desktop or laptop computer.
Preferences
Familiarity with recruitment or posting employment ads
Experience searching job ads for remote work
Experience working in a CRM
