An HR technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Job Search Expert near Memphis.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting via telephone and email clients through their career transition
- Acting as liaison to other service providers including resume writers and technical support
- Expertly coaching clients on their job search strategy and providing them services including mock interviews, interview preparation, video interviewing, offer evaluation and salary negotiation coaching, information on networking best practices
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to commute to Memphis, TN
- 3+ years’ experience coaching professionals
- Coaching will be performed remotely from home
- Bachelor’s Degree a must, Master degree desired
- Advanced coaching certifications desired
- Ability to provide testimonials from successful coaching engagements strongly desired
