Job Summary
A publishing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Journals Transitions Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being accountable for the end-to-end onboarding of the customer
- Workig with the customer and Publisher to ensure the relevant Subject Matter Experts are present to deliver the required workshop outcomes
- Communicating confidently and with gravitas with virtual team members, senior leaders and the customer
Position Requirements Include:
- Broad understanding of Journals publishing functions and processes
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and facilitate resolution of issues to meet client and business needs
- Ability to build and maintain external relationships
- Strong customer service as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to remain flexible in a changing environment and resolve conflict
