Job Summary
A travel company has an open position for a Remote Joymaker Onboarding Success Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide live demos to show members how they can save time with new features
- Reach out to less engaged members to learn what they need to be successful
- Document user pain points and missing needs to share with the product team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Traveling to attend 1-week team meetups three times per year
- Care deeply about the end-to-end member experience
- A great teacher or trainer
- Energized by live, one-on-one communication
- Insanely organized, relentlessly resourceful, and productive
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask
