Job Summary

An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Jumbo Credit Underwriter in Atlanta.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Underwriting residential mortgage loans
  • Meeting the minimum daily production goals
  • Analyzing income

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2 - 5 years of recent frontline (manual and automated) underwriting experience
  • Experience with Conventional, FHA and/or VA Knowledge along with A Paper, B/C Paper
  • Experience with Non-Confirming and Conforming, and Sub-Prime residential products
  • Knowledge of HVCC guidelines and requirements along with all compliance regulations
  • Up-to-date knowledge in Fannie/Freddie guidelines
  • Must be ale to use DU, LP, and other LOS
