Job Summary
A financial services company is in need of a Remote Jumbo Mortgage Underwriter in Orange County.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform frontline underwriting of Non-QM products, focusing on Jumbo Loans
- Perform a thorough analysis of complex income documentation, expense data, asset documentation, credit reports, etc
- Execute an appraisal analysis to determine that acceptable collateral standards are met
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of 3 years experience underwriting Non-QM Jumbo loans
- Minimum of 3 years of recent front-end mortgage underwriting experience
- Expert in reviewing and calculating complex personal and/or business financials and tax profiles
- In-depth working knowledge of self-employed borrowers
- Encompass experience is required
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising quality
