Job Summary
A mortgage services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Jumbo Mortgage Underwriter in Scottsdale.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluating loan applications
- Calculating qualifying income
- Reviewing new loan files to ensure loan meets investor and program criteria
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of recent Jumbo products Experience
- Strong working knowledge of ATR/QM Requirements
- Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of compliance and disclosure requirements
- Knowledge of closing, post-closing & quality control responsibilities
