Job Summary

A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Jumbo Non QM Mortgage Underwriter in Northern California.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Manually assessing the risk of a loan
• Performing detailed analysis and review of one-to-four family appraisals
• Reviewing credit documents for accuracy and completeness

Required Skills:

• Able train in the Corporate Office for 1 to 2 weeks
• 5 years recent Jumbo, Non-QM and/or Portfolio type underwriting experience
• 5 years-experience with complex borrower business structures
• 2 years recent Wholesale experience
• Recent experience underwriting alternative income documentation
• Recent experience underwriting Investor or Business Purpose loan programs
