Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Junior Accountant in West Palm Beach.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Verifying subcontractor COIs for compliance with contract requirements
- Reviewing and processing vendor invoices and code to the proper jobs
- Supporting accounting reporting functions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
- Efficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of general accounting, cost accounting, auditing, and financial reporting
- Ability to issue weekly checks to vendors/subcontractors and answer vendor questions
- Ability to review and process vendor invoices and code to the proper jobs
- Ability to assist in the audit process
